Hello, I am implementing a service that downloads .jar files from github maven repository. I would like to avoid spamming github with too many requests.
I am trying to find information if github maven package uses any rate limiting, but it seems its not documented. I found only information about github API rate limiting but I suspect it is different. Also in responses from github I am missing x-ratelimit headers. Could anyone help me understand how it works?
